Terms and conditions

  1. To enjoy the benefits of Shukran Rewards (Earn 5 Points for every USD1 spend), Shukran members must make their AGODA bookings via the dedicated landing page at www.agoda.com/shukranrewards
  2. At the time of booking at www.agoda.com/shukranrewards, members will be prompted to add their Shukran membership number.
  3. All Shukrans (points) will be earned basis the base currency used - Shukrans (points) will however be calculated at AGODA using US Dollar (USD) as the base currency & other currencies exchange rate will be determined by AGODA.
  4. Any Shukrans (points) earned can be redeemed at over 55 Brands across 9 countries with over 2 million products to choose from, however they cannot be redeemed at AGODA.
  5. Shukran Rewards Programme and AGODA has the right to modify the way Shukrans (Points) are earned, including the number of Shukrans (Points) earned. Shukran Rewards Programme and AGODA will use reasonable efforts to include up-to-date and accurate information on the Shukran Mobile App and website www.shukranrewards.com for any such change, cancellation, addition, withdrawal or modification.
  6. All Shukrans (points) earned under this partnership are valid for 24 months from the date of earning. All unused Shukrans (points) over 24 months will expire and shall not be available for redemption. You can access your account details at any time on the Shukran Mobile App or www.shukranrewards.com.
  7. Shukrans (points) will be credited to your account in 1-3 weeks after the hotel stay is completed.
  8. For any retrospective claims kindly contact Agoda at partners@agoda.com, with your valid Booking ID and Shukran card number.
  9. In case of dispute, the decision of AGODA shall be final.
